With a background in both accounting and business strategy, Lisa understands the challenges of running a high-growth company. She’s built Caseron to be a resource for business owners who need financial clarity, reliable guidance, and a trusted partner who can handle the complexities of financial management. Nicky -Cloud Accountant652px

Nicky (the newest member of the team!) is a qualified accountant (ACCA), having previously worked in both the manufacturing and private sector. She joined the team as a cloud accountant, working predominantly on Management Accounts.
Married to Dan and has two very cheeky boys. Loves to travel and generally be outdoors (when she’s not working!).

    Tom -Cloud Bookkeeper & Marketer

    Tom joined us as a business admin and marketing apprentice in November 2015 but as it turns out he’s pretty damn good at bookkeeping! Dad to Layla, a relaxed and easy-going guy as you can see! We’ve also discovered, much to our delight – that he’s actually pretty good at credit control!

      Paul -Cloud Sales & Marketing Director

      Paul can mostly be found on the golf course – he networks and provides part-time strategic sales support to the business.

      Paul has mastered the work-life balance. 10 years in the army and a near-fatal bout of Meningo-Encephalitis in 2002 that left him with chronic permanent migraine – taught Paul (and Lisa – although someone still has to do the work!) that life was too short not to live it on your terms.

      A practical joker, gregarious person and general disruptive influence in the office – we like it when he is out at golf! Co-founder of Caseron Cloud Accounting in 2011 – Paul and Lisa have developed a fabulous team with Emily, Nicky and Tom.

        When she’s not in the office, you’ll often find Casey streaming on her Twitch channel. A true creative at heart, she loves baking, cooking, painting, drawing, and all things crafty.

        Casey joined Caseron after having to leave her performing and production arts course at college, following a medical withdrawal due to EDS and spinal surgery in 2017. What could have been a setback turned into a fresh opportunity—she’s now working on a Digital Marketing Diploma and has landed a work-from-home role that allows her to manage her chronic illness while thriving professionally.

        Cameron studied Digital TV Production at Ravensbourne in London, where he developed a strong foundation in media and content creation. With a passion for photography, he began his career as a freelance photographer, honing his skills behind the lens and building a solid digital portfolio.

        He joined Caseron to support the team with their social media presence and marketing efforts—a role that’s a perfect fit given his extensive experience in the digital space. Cameron brings creativity, technical know-how, and a sharp visual eye to everything he works on.

        Koda, Gruff & Teddy-Chief Fluff Officers652px

        Koda and Gruff joined the Caseron team in December 2023 and immediately made their presence loudly known. As high-energy, highly vocal cocker spaniels, they’ve taken on crucial responsibilities such as barking at passing leaves, initiating spontaneous office zoomies, and supervising all snack-related activities.

        When they’re not roughhousing like it’s the final round of WrestleMania, they’re either barking at invisible threats or making uninvited appearances on video calls – usually mid-snore or mid-zoom.

        While they may lack formal qualifications, their enthusiasm is unmatched, their timekeeping nonexistent, and their contribution to office morale undeniable. A dynamic duo with boundless energy and zero respect for personal space – they may not be traditional employees, but they’ve become an irreplaceable part of the team.
