Don’t forget to send us a copy of their offer letter and job particulars.
Most of the fields are optional, so provide what you can when you know you are taking on a new member of staff – we will collect the rest of the data we need to set them up on payroll from your new staff member.
P45 or New Starter Checklist (Formerly known as P46)?
If your new employee gives you a P45 then you can upload it below. If they don’t have a P45 they can fill in a paper New Starter Checklist or they can complete our online New Jobs form:
